By interviewing renters and analyzing your offers, we have raised a number of recommendations that could improve your results with RentMama.com. We have found that the renter is not making the reservation because of: lack of trust toward the rental company, mismatch between offers, or incomplete information. Below are some suggestions of  what you can do to improve your rental uptake:

 Include images with your offers

And even better if it’s a real car pic. Why? Because not all people know the car makes and models. For many, these names mean very little. You would not buy an unknown product in a shop without first having seen it.

Offer suitable cars

We see that companies have often not provided an adequate size of car or not taken the wishes of the renter into account. Read renters’ wishes very carefully, and tailor your offers to match their requirements.

Complete your car rental conditions

Do not make the renter search for your terms on your web pages. Make it simple for them; complete your car rental terms and conditions on RentMamam.com.

Show full details in your offers

Fill in all required fields of information. If you leave these fields blank, the renter can be left with misunderstandings, or believe that something is not included in your offer.

Set up e-mail filters

Do not miss your opportunity. You have the option to receive notifications by e-mail for each rental inquiry you have. Make use of this opportunity.
