Sometimes after receiving the rental offers in RentMama, the renters encounter that the validity period for the desired rental offer has expired, so the car is not available for rent any more. In order to prevent that, we offer you a new option – “Check availability”. How does it work?
From now on, all the expired rental offers will include a link “Check availability”. Click on the link to inform the rental company that you would like to book a particular car.
If the car is still available, the rental company will send you a confirmation and you will be able to book the car. If not, the rental company will send a refusal. Rental companies have also another option – to send you an alternative offer.
