The correct answer: either will do, but best of all if both together 🙂

Typical British weather (rain, rain, rain..), rocky tracks with downhill elements, high-quality ride and a bunch of friends. Can anything be better than that?

This is how we relax after a hard working week. We visited the picturesque hills in surroundings of Kielder Castle. Together we spent 3.5 hours in the track, covered 45 km and the total vertical climb of 150 meters. Satisfaction for the accomplished is guaranteed!

Hire a car in Newcastle, find Kielder Castle on the map, and in no more than 1.5 h you will be there. Excellent tracks, high-quality bikes and a cosy pub: http://www.purplemountain.co.uk/. We recommend!
