Great Blue Hole, Belize

Also, its biodiversity has been compared to Amazon Rainforest’s diverse nature. With the area of 345,000 km2 it holds not only thousands of nature’s wonders, but maybe even some pirate treasures. There have been found about 1500 shipwrecks in Great Barrier Reef! It is also a home for many endangered species like dugong or green sea turtle (remember “Finding Nemo?”). For a long time Papua New Guinea was hidden from tourists’ eyes, but now it has become one of not only most famous diving destinations, but one of the best, too. Kimbe Bay is only one of many great choices, where to dive in Papua New Guinea. If you are looking for a large variety of exquisite ecosystems, this is definitely a place for you! This place is also great for you if you are fan of the one of these two things (or both) – WW II and photography.
