Staff spoke very good English and were polite. The van appeared to be nice and drove well. BUT, they charged 30lvl (£37) for cleaning the van, which was not very dirty, just general dust. Hidden cost. I was told all was ok on return - charged after I left. They also charged 10lvl for additional driver, but it was listed as free in booking - refund been refused Finally the dipped headlights did not work even though the dashboard showed it was - very dangerous and no appology given
